These terms govern your use of the SEO Kit Assistant WordPress plugin and the backend service it connects to (together, the "Service"). By installing the plugin or connecting it to Google Search Console, you agree to these terms.
The Service
SEO Kit Assistant reads Google Search Console data for a property you own or manage and presents SEO recommendations, a task board and results tracking inside your WordPress admin. A free 14-day trial is available with no credit card required; continued use of the full feature set after the trial requires a paid license key.
Your account and the Google connection
- You must have the right to access the Google Search Console property you connect.
- You are responsible for keeping your WordPress admin access and license key secure.
- You may disconnect the Google account at any time from inside the plugin or from your Google Account's permissions page; see our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service: no attempting to bypass trial or rate limits, no reverse-engineering the backend to extract other customers' data, and no use of the Service to violate Google's own terms for Search Console or the Search Console API.
License and payment
A paid license grants you the right to use the licensed feature set on the domain(s) it's registered to, for as long as the license remains active. License terms (duration, domain limits, renewal) are shown at the time of purchase.
Refunds and cancellation
If you request a refund or cancel a subscription, continued access to licensed features is disabled; the plugin otherwise keeps working on the free trial feature set. Refund eligibility follows the policy shown at the time of purchase.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the opportunity engine, sync and Search Console connection accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular SEO or traffic result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost traffic, lost rankings or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms or the Service itself over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a specific install if it abuses the Service (for example, trial/rate-limit abuse) or is used in violation of these terms or Google's policies.
